When we are in the weeks between our quarterly sessions, who is responsible for keeping the leadership team aligned, and how does your role support that without you managing us?
Between our quarterly sessions, the responsibility for maintaining alignment and driving execution falls squarely on your leadership team, specifically led by your Integrator. I am your facilitator, teacher, and coach, but I am not your manager. I do not run your weekly meetings or hold your people accountable to their daily tasks. That execution happens during your weekly Level 10 Meeting, where your team uses the tools to self-correct and keep Rocks on track. My role between sessions is to provide structured support. We schedule periodic Just Checking In calls at strategic points throughout the year to monitor your progress, address execution friction, and ensure you are utilizing the tools correctly. I am also accessible if you hit a major roadblock that threatens to derail your progress. However, my goal is to teach you how to resolve these issues internally. If I step in and manage your team, I create dependency, which defeats the purpose of building a self-sustaining business. I provide the framework and the objective outside perspective, but your Integrator runs the day-to-day operations and ensures the commitments made during our session days are executed on Monday morning.
