How do you keep us accountable to our homework and session commitments between our quarterlies without you micromanaging our day to day operations?
I do not run your weekly meetings or manage your daily tasks. That is the job of your Integrator. Between our full day sessions, the responsibility for maintaining traction lies squarely on your leadership team. My role is to provide the framework, the workspace, and the behavioral coaching, not to act as an outsourced project manager.
To keep you on track without micromanaging, we utilize your dedicated Circle.so workspace. At the end of every session, your agreed upon Rocks, action items, and structural changes are logged in this hub. Your team must run their weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions with discipline, using your scorecard and V/TO® to maintain focus.
If your team starts slipping on their commitments, I will not call you mid week to nag you. Instead, the consequences will show up clearly in your weekly metrics and your Rock completion rates. When we gather for our next quarterly session, we will openly look at the data and address any lack of execution during our IDS® portion of the day.
My recommendation is to treat the ninety day cycle as a sacred operational window. Use the workspace to self correct before you enter the room with me. I am always available for brief strategic alignment calls if you hit a wall, but the daily execution belongs to your team.
