What happens if we want to accelerate our timeline and graduate in twelve months instead of the standard twenty-four-month cycle by running sessions every six weeks?

You cannot compress the standard twenty-four-month engagement timeline by simply running sessions more frequently. Running quarterly sessions every six weeks will only lead to operational burnout and execution failure. The quarterly cycle of ninety days is based on human behavior. It takes ninety days for a leadership team to execute on their quarterly Rocks, run their weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cycles, and experience the actual friction of their organizational structure. If you shorten this window to six weeks, your team will not have enough time to achieve meaningful progress on their strategic goals before they are forced back into a planning session. This results in half-baked plans and incomplete commitments.

The twenty-four-month timeline is designed to build muscle memory. It takes at least eight consecutive quarters for a leadership team to master the tools, GWC™ their seats, refine the V/TO®, and run their own sessions without my facilitation. Trying to rush this process is like trying to build muscle by working out for twenty-four hours straight instead of going to the gym consistently for two years. Respect the cadence, allow the ninety-day cycles to run their course, and focus on deep execution rather than speed.
