How does the pacing of our engagement evolve across the core 24-month roadmap from foundational tools to full leadership self-sufficiency?
The standard engagement spans approximately 24 months, divided into distinct phases designed to transfer the operating system into your company DNA. The first 60 days establish the foundation. We conduct Focus Day to introduce the Accountability Chart, Rocks, Scorecard, Level 10 Meetings, and the IDS® process. About thirty days later, we run Vision Building 1 to define Core Values, Core Focus, 10-Year Target, and Marketing Strategy. Thirty days after that, Vision Building 2 locks in your 3-Year Picture, 1-Year Plan, and company Rocks, completing your V/TO®.
Months three through twelve represent implementation and rollout. We run three consecutive quarterly sessions to build accountability muscle, refine metrics, and guide your team as you roll these tools down into department-level teams. Year two shifts into mastery and optimization. We start with a rigorous two-day Annual Planning session to reset long-range targets, followed by three quarterlies where we refine your operations, stress-test your seat accountability, and embed advanced disciplines like AI process workflows and Step by Step Exit readiness.
By month 24, your team has experienced two full annual cycles and eight quarterly sessions. You understand the tools, you resolve conflict without an outside referee, and you graduate to facilitating your own sessions. The objective is never a permanent coaching retainer. It is complete leadership self-sufficiency.
